Bear Pricing & Shipping Policy

Bear Pricing
All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of postage (please see shipping details below). Once an order has been placed, a Paypal invoice will be sent, including postage costs. Payment is due within one week of the order being placed.
Layaway is available for bears over £100. Payment will be divided into 3 parts, the first will be due upon placing the order, the second after 30 days, and the third and final payment, including shipping costs, after 60 days. Upon placement of the order and receipt of the first payment the bear will be removed from the 'Adoption' area of the site, and kept in a safe place within my home. Once all payments have been made, the bear will be dispatched. Failure to complete payments will result in the bear being returned to the 'Adoption' area, and any payments already made will be forfeited.

All bears will be sent recorded delivery and will be insured in transit. Because of the variations in size and the varieties of stuffing used in the bears, it will not be possible to quote a general shipping price in advance, however I will put the shipping weight in the description of the bear, and you can consult the Royal Mail site for further details of likely postage costs to your area.

I hope you will be happy with your new Littlest Thistle bear, however if you are not completely satisfied you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that in this situation postage will not be refunded.
